Support Hours

All support tickets are monitored by a staff member during regular business hours of 9am - 5pm, M-F Pacific Standard Time and will be responded to within an hour. All other times, tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible. It is our goal to respond to every ticket issued outside normal hours within 4-6 hours and have each ticket resolved within 24 hours or sooner.
